Len Kelpsh is cooking again and this time it’s an appetizer of Italian crisps with goat cheese, marscapone and olive tapenade, main entree: Italian sheet pan chicken with bread pudding accompanied by sweet corn with pancetta and roasted potatoes. Dessert of panna cotta will be made by Christine.
